Trisha Brooks

Trisha Brooks, APRN, FNP-BC, is an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse currently working at Concord Hospital Health System since December 2021 and at Family Care of Concord since February 2014. Trisha began a nursing career at Exeter Healthcare and York Hospital as a Licensed Nursing Assistant from 2000 to 2002 before progressing to a Registered Nurse and Case Management roles at Concord Hospital from June 2002 to March 2014. Trisha holds a Master’s degree in Nursing, with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of New Hampshire (2010-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution (1998-2002).
