Tammie Sheaffer, CPSM, has extensive experience in office and business development management, currently serving as the Office Manager at Capital Region Water since March 2015. In this role, Tammie oversees the administrative staff's daily operations and manages the administrative properties. Prior to this, Tammie held various positions at Gannett Fleming, Inc., including Corporate Capture Planning and Proposal Operations, where responsibilities involved leading proposal efforts and coordinating team activities, as well as Deputy Manager of Environmental Resources Business Development, focusing on proposal quality assurance and team supervision. Tammie's earlier roles include Business Development Manager and Coordinator, both of which involved coordinating and managing business development efforts and promotional activities. Tammie's educational background includes attendance at Susquenita High School from 1974 to 1979.
