Jeff Bowra, P.E., PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Jeff started their career as an intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) in 2007. After completing their internship, they worked as a Staff Professional at Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they gained valuable experience in various engineering projects. In 2014, they joined Capital Region Water as a Lead Engineer and later became the VP of Engineering. Jeff has demonstrated their expertise and leadership skills throughout their career.
Jeff Bowra, P.E., PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Penn State Harrisburg in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2003. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2023. In February 2021, they received a Strengths-Based Leadership Certificate from Temple University. In February 2017, they obtained PACP, MACP, and LACP certifications from NASSCO, Inc. Finally, in June 2014, they became a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
