Chris Neilson, BComm, MBA, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at the Capital Regional District since October 1996 in various senior management roles, including Senior Manager of Human Resources and Corporate Safety, Senior Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development, and Manager of Labour Relations. Prior to this position, Chris operated as a Human Resources Consultant from September 1990 to October 1996. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
