Jonathan Lathigee

Jonathan Lathigee is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Senior Programmer and Supervisor of Business Systems at the Capital Regional District since July 2008. In this role, Jonathan leads a team responsible for managing over 50 line of business applications, including various software critical to the operation of the Regional District. Previous positions at the Capital Regional District include Supervisor of GIS and Asset Integration, where Jonathan managed corporate GIS and land management systems, and Supervisor of Application Development, overseeing a team delivering diverse technical solutions. Jonathan's earlier career includes serving as the President of Zero One Design, focusing on new media and collections management for museums and galleries, and as the Information Technology Administrator at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, managing all digital activities. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Pacific & Asian Studies from the University of Victoria.
