The Finance Team at the Capital Regional District (CRD) manages and oversees the financial operations and strategies to support the organization's regional services and initiatives. This team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, treasury management, and financial analysis. They ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, optimize financial systems, and provide accurate financial information to guide decision-making processes across the CRD.
