Jin Qin

Jin Qin, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Capital Rx, where Jin has innovated a machine learning-driven pharmaceutical claim adjudication infrastructure and developed advanced algorithms that enhance the prior authorization process. Additionally, Jin is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, responsible for teaching engineering courses focused on modern computing tools, Python applications, and machine learning concepts. Jin is also involved in algorithmic trading in an open-source capacity, applying machine learning models to optimize trading strategies. Previously, Jin held positions as an Assistant Project Manager at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., where process automation was prioritized, and as a Staff Engineer at RA Consultants, where significant productivity improvements were achieved through automated reporting systems. Jin holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science in Computer Science (Machine Learning) from Georgia Institute of Technology.
