Karen Dierker

Karen ensures clients experience a seamless transition to Capital Rx. Her responsibilities include managing project deliverables, reducing risk, eliminating obstacles and effectively communicating with clients throughout the implementation process.

Prior to joining Capital Rx Karen spent 11 years at OptumRx, most recently as a Senior Implementation Project Manager. She was responsible for the successful implementation of clients ranging from 1,000 to 400,000 lives. She has also held roles in Account Management for managed care clients. Prior to OptumRx Karen worked for the Walt Disney Company as a Guest Service Manager.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
