Michael Miele

Mike is responsible for developing business relationships with advisors, payers, and health systems at Capital Rx. Mike is a health care actuary with significant experience in all aspects of employer health and welfare benefits, including pharmacy benefit management, data analytics and medical management.

Prior to Capital Rx, Mike held many senior leadership positions over the last 12 years at Arthur J. Gallagher and established their national pharmacy practice. Prior to joining Gallagher, Mike was the founder of PatientCentrix, a medical management and data management provider, that he sold to SHPS Healthcare.

Mike is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a graduate of the University of Michigan with a dual degree in Mathematics and Statistics. In his spare time, Mike enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling.
