Taylor Sweezy

Taylor Sweezy is currently the VP of Clinical Solutions at Capital Rx. Previously, Taylor held various titles at Fidelis Care and CVS Health, where responsibilities ranged from supervising pharmacists to managing pharmacy teams. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Taylor has built a strong foundation in pharmacy operations and clinical solutions.
