Pat Isaac

Pat Isaac serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Services, Inc. since December 2012, leading a premier health and welfare consulting firm recognized for innovative risk management solutions that maintain care standards while achieving cost savings. Under Pat Isaac's leadership, Capital Services, Inc. specializes in developing customized strategies with the support of a team comprising board-certified physicians, financial analysts, HR/OD strategists, and seasoned client advocates. Prior to this role, Pat Isaac held positions as Vice President at Employee Benefits from 2000 to 2012 and as Senior Advisor for Employee Benefits at Guardian Life from 1988 to 2000. Pat Isaac's educational background includes studies at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Goldman Sachs, and Towson University, with a focus on entrepreneurial studies, business management, and marketing. Pat Isaac is also Self-Funding Certified through NAHU Advanced Certifications.
