Jack Raymond

Jack Raymond has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jack started their career as a Senior Analyst/Programmer at SAGE Federal Systems/Chartway Technologies in 1986. After that, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Perot Systems from 1989 to 1991. Jack then joined Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Computer Scientist and stayed with the company for thirteen years until 2004.

In 2004, Jack joined Lockheed Martin as a Data Modeler/Database Architect, where they designed and implemented Oracle databases for a DoD project. Jack later became a Lead Oracle Engineer and Database Team Manager, overseeing a team of DBAs and data migration specialists. Jack also provided senior Oracle expertise for the APMEC program, including upgrading VRT databases to Oracle 10gR2 RAC.

From 2008 to 2020, Jack worked at Red Arch Solutions. During this time, they held various roles, including Principal Systems Engineer, Senior Database Engineer, Tech Lead/Principal Engineer, Tech Lead/Lead Systems Engineer, Principal Data Architect/Database Engineer, and Data Modeling Team Lead. In these roles, they led teams, implemented features and functions, designed system architectures, and supported DoD programs.

Jack's most recent positions include Cloud Solutions Architect roles at Applied Insight LLC from 2020 to 2021, Omnyon from June to September 2021, and currently at Capital Solutions Group (CSG) as a Principal Cloud Solutions Architect.

Outside of their professional career, Jack has also been involved in motorsports through Mack5 Racing since 2000. Additionally, they have been investing in residential real estate since 1992, specializing in buying and refurbishing properties.

Overall, Jack Raymond brings extensive experience in cloud solutions architecture, systems engineering, database engineering, and real estate investment.

Jack Raymond attended Dartmouth College from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Engineering Sciences. In terms of additional certifications, Jack obtained the following: Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2021, CCAH (Cloudera Certified Administrator for Hadoop) from Cloudera in March 2012, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2016, and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from (ISC)² in April 2015.
