Michael M.

Michael M. has extensive work experience in the field of systems and solutions architecture, with a focus on technology development and implementation. Michael has served as a VP of Systems and Solutions Architecture, overseeing the development and implementation of complex technology systems within their company. Michael has also held positions as a Principal Architect, Chief Architect and Technical Director, and Senior Architect, where they have been responsible for tasks such as automation engineering, deployment and performance tuning, provisioning tooling and integration, and PKI and x509 implementation for multi-tenant environments.

Prior to their role at Capital Solutions Group (CSG), Michael worked as an Engineering Consultant at Red Hat, Inc., where they assessed, designed, and implemented core service offerings for the company. Michael has also worked as a Senior Automation Engineering Consultant at the Defense Intelligence Agency, where they provided OS sequence provisioning and script and package development support.

Michael's career also includes roles as a Senior Engineering Consultant at NGA, where they focused on network architecture and infrastructure analysis, and as a Senior Engineering Consultant at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where they worked on the development of a case management system.

Additionally, Michael has experience as a Configurations Manager at the Federal Aviation Administration and a UNIX/Linux Team Lead at CSC, where they provided support and leadership in data center operations and system changes.

Before their career in technology, Michael served in the United States Marine Corps, where they worked as a Tactical Data Systems Engineer and Staff Sergeant, gaining experience in systems development and management.

Michael M. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems and Network Administration at Bellevue University. Michael is expected to complete their degree in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained several certifications. In November 2012, they received the Red Hat Enterprise Directory Services and Authentication certification from Red Hat, Inc. Michael also obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA in April 2022. In February 2012, Michael became a Red Hat Certified Engineer, and in March 2012, they obtained the Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification, both from Red Hat, Inc.
