Ricquel Marsh

Ricquel Marsh has a diverse range of work experience in the field of system engineering and project management. Ricquel started their career in 2003 as a Senior IT Project Manager and Systems Engineer at Innovative Engineering Solutions, Inc., where they facilitated strategic and planning meetings and provided input for quad metrics. As VP of Business Operations at the same company, they established the operational infrastructure and developed sustainable business processes. In 2015, they joined KeyW Corporation as a Senior IT Project Manager and Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for facilitating transition plans and incorporating them into the program schedule. Ricquel also provided input into quarterly and year-end quad metrics. From 2017 to 2017, Ricquel worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW HOW, LLC. In 2018, they joined ASRC Federal as a Senior System Engineer, and in 2019, they moved to Capital Solutions Group (CSG) in the role of Senior System Engineer. In addition to their corporate experience, Ricquel also has experience as the Owner/CEO of Diverse Technology Education Concepts (Dtech), where they provided project management support and delivered STEM and computer training to various clients.

Ricquel Marsh obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University, completing the program between 1990 and 1995. Later on, Ricquel pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at The George Washington University, attending the institution from 1998 to 2000.
