Bethany Watson is an accomplished property manager currently working at Capital Square Living since May 2023. With a solid foundation in property management and telecommunications, Bethany has held various roles including Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager at BH Management Services, LLC from May 2019 to May 2023, and Telecommunications Specialist at Frontier Communications/Verizon from August 2010 to April 2019, where top sales performance and client retention were achieved. Earlier experience includes serving as a Broker's Assistant at Weikert Realtors from 2008 to 2010 and as a Leasing Manager at Mid America Management/Harbor Group from 2005 to 2008, where effective tenant management and marketing strategies were developed. Bethany obtained three years of education in Art/Art Studies from Grace College & Seminary between 1999 and 2003.
