Laura Barnes is a seasoned professional in asset and property management with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as an Associate Asset Manager and previously as a Property & Lease Administrator at Capital Square since March 2021, Laura has a solid background in lease administration from roles held at Colliers International and CBRE | Richmond. With over seven years of experience in property management at The Shockoe Company, Laura has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing leases and properties. An alumnus of Randolph-Macon College, Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and History.
