Ware Smalley

Ware Smalley is an acquisitions associate with Capital Square, focusing on the underwriting, financing and due diligence of new investments for the firm. He has over five years of commercial real estate experience spanning acquisitions, lending and asset management. Prior to his current position, Smalley served as an analyst with American Capital, in Bethesda, Maryland, where he helped originate bridge loans and manage a portfolio of CMBS B-notes. Previously, he launched an asset management division for the Calkain Companies, of Reston, Virginia.

Smalley received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
