Mayette McDonald

Mayette McDonald currently serves as the Greenhouse Gas Reductions Grant Manager at CalRecycle since November 2022. With extensive experience in the performing arts, Mayette has been an actor with Capital Stage since December 2009. In previous roles, Mayette worked as a Product Manager at GoodLeap LLC from July 2020 to October 2022, focusing on product vision and performance evaluation, and at ReferralExchange from February 2016 to June 2020, conducting user research and project analysis. Earlier roles include Account & Marketing Manager at Big Tomato Tech, Client Care Specialist at TrendGraphix, and Account Manager Associate/Technical Liaison at ReferralExchange. Mayette earned a degree in Theatre with a minor in Photography from California State University-Sacramento.
