Kay Alton has a wealth of experience in the real estate and title industry. Kay currently holds the position of Vice President/Escrow Officer at Capital Title of Texas, LLC since December 2017. In addition, they will be joining Sera Brynn as a Business Development professional in October 2022. Prior to their current roles, they served as an Escrow Officer at Republic Title Preston Parker from July 2016 to December 2017. From June 2011 to June 2016, they worked at Reliant Title Agency as an Escrow Officer, specializing in various real estate closings and title curative matters. Earlier in their career, Kay held positions such as Senior Escrow Officer at Chicago Title - Hennessey Law Firm, PC from September 2008 to June 2011, Escrow Officer at Capital Title of Texas, LLC from September 2006 to August 2008, Escrow Officer at Chicago Title from 2005 to 2006, Escrow Officer at LandAmerica American Title from September 2004 to September 2005, and Legal Assistant at Bryan Dunklin & Associates, PLLC from August 2003 to September 2004.

Kay Alton obtained their high school degree from North Mesquite High School between 1981 and 1985. Afterward, they pursued an Associate of Science in Business at North Lake College, graduating between 2000 and 2002. Later on, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business and earned a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) with a focus on Business and History. In 2017, Kay Alton obtained a Teaching Certificate from the International TEFL Academy, specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction.
