Chadd Naugle

Chadd Naugle possesses extensive experience in vacation ownership sales and real estate investment. Currently serving as a Corporate Voyage Representative at Capital Vacations since April 2022, Chadd has a strong background in asset management as the Manager at J Elias Holdings LLC since October 2019. Previously, Chadd was the Owner of Good Deal Properties LLC from July 2015 to January 2023, with a focus on wholesaling and rehabbing residential properties and smaller apartment buildings. Chadd is an alumnus of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
