Jerry Rexroad

Jerry Rexroad serves as Co-President and Chief Financial Officer at Capital Vacations, a company managing 195 resort locations across the United States and the Caribbean. With a career spanning over 40 years in the banking industry, Jerry Rexroad held significant positions, including Chairman of the Carolinas at United Bank and Executive Chairman at both CresCom Bank and Crescent Mortgage Company. Jerry Rexroad previously served as President and CEO of Carolina Financial, Inc., and as an EVP at Carolina Financial Corporation. Prior experience includes the role of CFO at Coastal Federal Bank and a Partner position at KPMG. Jerry Rexroad earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bob Jones University.
