Thomas C. Johnson has extensive experience in the vacation ownership and hospitality industry. Thomas C. most recently served as the Senior Vice President at Capital Vacations, where they led new product research and development, managed the product life cycle, and developed the company's innovation strategy. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Bluegreen Vacations, where they were responsible for integrating sales incentives and large company projects, as well as overseeing product development and leading the innovation strategy.

Johnson also has a long history with Wyndham Destinations and Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where they served as the Senior Vice President for product development and business integration. In these roles, they oversaw the integration and opening of new resorts, managed vacation ownership products and programs, and led large business-driven technology projects.
