Ashok Batra

Ashok Batra currently serves as Head of Human Resources Development at Capital Ventures Pvt. Ltd. since August 2020, overseeing HR and administrative functions for the export and retail business. Prior to this role, Ashok held positions such as Head of Organizational Development and HR at Designco Ltd from July 2017 to August 2020, and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Tops Foods from August 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, organization development, and performance management. Ashok's extensive career also includes roles at Dabur as Deputy General Manager of HR and Industrial Relations from June 1990 to June 2014, and as a Personnel Executive at Somany Ceramics Ltd from September 1988 to May 1990. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, a diploma in Human Resource Management, and a diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development.
