Gianna DiMaiolo

Gianna DiMaiolo currently serves as a Compliance Coordinator at Capital Workforce Partners since October 2021, with prior experience as a Program Monitor and a Summer Youth Employment Program Monitor at the same organization. From March 2021 to May 2024, Gianna worked as a Teaching Artist at Oddfellows Playhouse Youth Theater, instructing students aged 9-11 in Intro Acting. Previous roles include Associate Universal Banker at Webster Bank and various internships at the University of Saint Joseph, facilitating arts programming and research. Gianna's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a minor in Italian from College of the Holy Cross and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Arts Administration at Teachers College, Columbia University, scheduled for completion in May 2026.
