Giscar Smith

Giscar Smith is a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set, currently serving as a Retention Specialist at Capital Workforce Partners since May 2023. Smith has been with I Anbassa LLC since January 2012, working as a Master Translator specializing in Haitian Creole and contributing as a professional musician. Additionally, Smith has held the position of Band Director for Ras Denroy Morgan/I Anbassa and worked at Jumoke Academy. Educationally, Smith holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance and Education as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music Teacher Education, both obtained from the University of Bridgeport between 1997 and 2001.
