Martha Lacrosse

Martha LaCrosse currently serves in the role of Business Services - IT & Technology at Capital Workforce Partners since June 2023. Previously, Martha held various positions in strategic planning and operations at Collins Aerospace, BAE Systems plc, and other organizations, including Director of Poland at BAE Systems plc and Associate Director of Strategic Planning at Collins Aerospace. Martha's career includes significant leadership roles, such as Vice President of Regional Export & Sales and Chief of Staff in BAE Systems leadership. Martha possesses an MBA in International Development and Finance from American University and furthered education at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale in 2016. Additionally, Martha holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Maine.
