Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at CapitaLand Development Ltd since March 2023, Faisal previously held the role of Assistant General Manager Sales at Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles LTD from December 2021 to February 2023. Faisal also led business operations at AKS Khan Pharmaceuticals Limited, driving the development of the "AKS Pharmacy" retail chain. Earlier roles include Senior Divisional Sales Manager at Eastern Cement Industries Ltd and Assistant Manager Sales at Otobi Limited, as well as experience as Floor In-charge at Meena Bazaar. Faisal holds an M.B.A in Marketing from America Bangladesh University and a B.S.S from National University, complemented by a strong academic foundation in science from previous educational institutions.
