Gagan Grewal

Gagan Grewal has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Gagan currently holds the position of Managing Director, Private Capital Markets at CapitaLand. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director and Owner at Summit Point from 2018 to 2022. Gagan also worked as the Head of Client Services at Apax Partners from 2015 to 2017 and held the role of Head of Business Development at Europa Capital from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they worked as the Head of Business Development, Europe at MGPA from 2005 to 2011. Gagan started their career as an Associate at Apollo Real Estate Advisors in 2004 and later worked as the Senior Manager, Property – Business Development Europe at Henderson Global Investors from 2002 to 2004. Gagan began their professional journey as a Senior Tax Consultant, Real Estate at Andersen from 1998 to 2002.

Gagan Grewal completed a Diploma in IPF (Portfolio Management) at the University of Cambridge, specifically at the Cambridge International Land Institute, in 2008. Prior to that, Gagan earned the FCA degree from ICAEW in 2001. In 1997, Gagan pursued Management Studies Tripos at Cambridge Judge Business School. Earlier, in 1997, Gagan studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
