Wong Mei Lian

Mei Lian heads the Finance team which is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury and capital management functions of CICT. The Finance team also works closely with the Investment & Portfolio Management team to support the requirements of investment assessments and adopts a proactive capital management strategy to optimize portfolio value.

Mei Lian served in senior finance roles in various entities and has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury, including close to 18 years in real estate and the Singapore REITs industry. Prior to this appointment, Mei Lian was Senior Vice President, Capital Partnership and Development of CapitaLand Financial and has held leadership positions in AscendasSingbridge and Mapletree Group. Mei Lian graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from National University of Singapore.
