Chua Chi Boon

Chua Chi Boon currently serves as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management at Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited since June 2022. Prior to this role, Chua has held multiple senior positions at CapitaLand from January 2018, including Executive Director of Investment & Portfolio Management in both the CEO's Office for Special Projects and CapitaLand International, as well as Head of Investment & Asset Management for Australia & New Zealand. Chua's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Investment & Asset Management at Ascott Residence Trust Management Ltd from July 2006 to April 2019, and as Head of Business Development & Asset Management for Southeast Asia & Australia at The Ascott Limited during the same timeframe. Chua holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Banking & Finance) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
