Fionna Lee has extensive experience in asset and leasing management, primarily with CapitaLand, where roles have included Asset Manager, Leasing Manager, and Leasing Senior Executive since August 2015. Notable achievements include marketing the redevelopment of Funan to prospective retail and food & beverage tenants, strategizing its positioning and tenant mix, and successfully launching its early reopening with 95% committed occupancy and a 30% introduction of new-to-market concepts. Prior experience includes a Marketing Analyst role at Mondelēz International and internships at Unilever Philippines and INL Agency Singapore. Fionna holds a double degree in Accountancy and Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, alongside foundational education at Hwa Chong Institution and Anderson Secondary School.
