Joshua Toh

Joshua Toh is an experienced professional in organizational transformation and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Org Transformation & Learning at CapitaLand since July 2023. Prior roles include Head of Leadership Institute and Senior HR Business Partner at DBS Bank from August 2018 to July 2023, Deputy Head of HR at BOC Aviation between July 2016 and August 2018, and Director of HR Strategy & Org Development at SMRT Corporation Ltd from July 2013 to March 2016. Joshua also held various strategic planning and HR positions in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from January 2002 to June 2013, achieving the rank of Lt. Colonel. Joshua’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Human Development & Psychology from Harvard University, a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, and a Master's in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
