Lesego Tshoagong CA (SA) is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as the Group Finance Executive at Capital Appreciation since November 2024, Lesego previously held the position of Finance Manager - Financial Reporting at Discovery Limited from September 2022 to November 2024. Prior to that, Lesego worked at Deloitte South Africa for four years, where roles included Senior Manager in Audit & Assurance and Audit Manager. Lesego began an auditing career at Deloitte US from January 2015 to March 2018, progressing from Auditor In Charge to Audit Trainee. Lesego holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in 2014, and graduated from Randfontein High School in 2009.
