Mohit Jolly

Mohit Jolly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and consulting. Currently serving on the CapitalG Advisory Board since March 2023 and co-chairing the Board of Directors at StartOut since October 2019, Mohit is dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. A Senior Director in Global Ads Marketing at Google since July 2012, responsibilities include leading strategic direction and operations for Google Ads acquisition marketing. Previously, Mohit worked at The Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company, focusing on long-term strategies and operational efficiencies for various clients. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University, an MS from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor’s degree from Punjab Engineering College.
