Toby Ishmael

Toby Ishmael has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Assistant at B&Q, where they worked at the Checkouts and Returns Desk operating the till and handling money, as well as interacting and serving customers face to face and over the phone. In 2016, they worked as a Personal Assistant to the Director of PLANETARY DEVASTATION WEB AND MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, where they set up meetings with potential clients, performed tasks requested by the Director in a professional and efficient manner, and answered phone calls as well as calender organisation. In 2017, they worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at etc.venues. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at King's College London as an Administrative Coordinator and a Senior Coordinator, respectively, where they assisted the management of Industrial Action Claims made against the College both within the School and legally, managed a personal caseload of routine matters, and contributed towards the effective co-ordination of Student Conduct & Appeals committee hearings. In 2019, they also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at FUT-URE Recruitment and Technology. Currently, they work at Capitalise.com as a Partnerships Manager and a Revenue Graduate, where their vision is to give small businesses and their advisers transparency and control over business finance, in one place.
