Brent Tarnowski has a diverse work experience in the supply chain field. Brent worked at Capital Power as a Senior Manager, Purchasing, Inventory & Facilities from February 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Supply Chain Manager at Capital Power from November 2017 to February 2023.

Before joining Capital Power, Brent worked at All Weather Windows as a Purchasing & Materials Manager from March 2011 to November 2017. Brent also held the position of Corporate Projects Coordinator at All Weather Windows from June 2010 to March 2011, and a Supply Chain Specialist role from April 2008 to June 2010.

Brent's earliest work experience in the field can be traced back to Cameron, where they held the position of Materials Management from April 2006 to April 2008.

Brent Tarnowski has a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management which they obtained from MacEwan University in 2009. Brent also has a CPP/SCMP degree in Supply Chain Management from the Supply Chain Management Association - Alberta, which they earned from 2006 to 2010. Brent has completed the Lean Greenbelt Certification program at Lean Sensei International in 2013, followed by the Lean Blackbelt Certification program in 2014. In addition, they have obtained the Lean Blackbelt Champion certification from Lean Sensei International in December 2014.
