Darsh Singh

Darsh Singh is currently a Senior Legal Counsel at Capital Power, where they apply their extensive expertise in regulatory and legal matters. They previously served as a State Regulatory Attorney at FirstEnergy, co-leading significant proceedings before the Pennsylvania and New York Public Utility Commissions. Darsh gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at Van Ness Feldman LLP, representing major utilities in complex administrative litigation. Earlier in their career, they held various legal internships and clerkships, including roles at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Federal Trade Commission, where they developed strong skills in legal research and drafting. Darsh earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
