Keith Trent

Keith Trent has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Board Member for Edison International and Capital Power Corporation, where Keith contributes leadership and power generation expertise. Keith's role at TRC Companies, Inc. further emphasizes their background with the nation’s largest utility. Previous positions at Duke Energy Corporation include Executive Vice President overseeing Grid Solutions and regulated utilities, where Trent was instrumental in strategic planning and operational integration. Additionally, their tenure includes leadership roles at Duke Energy’s Commercial Businesses, significantly increasing earnings. Trent co-founded Snell, Brannian & Trent and has a strong legal background from Jackson Walker L.L.P.
