Stuart Peel

Stuart Peel is the current Finance Director at CapitalRise. Stuart has over six years of experience in finance, with a focus on regeneration schemes. Prior to joining CapitalRise, Stuart worked as a Finance Director for ST JAMES HOMES LIMITED, where they were responsible for driving maximum value from sites through constant evolution of design, planning and procurement strategy. In a difficult sales market, they also led research into different routes to market for residential and commercial space.

Before ST JAMES HOMES LIMITED, Stuart worked as a Finance Manager for Berkeley Homes Ltd for two years. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering clear and robust reporting which identify the key achievements, risks and opportunities.

Stuart has a proven track record in finance and is passionate about regeneration schemes. Stuart is an invaluable asset to CapitalRise.
