Basilio Bagnato

Basilio Bagnato has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Basilio is currently working as the Director of Debt Finance at Tricon Residential, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Scotiabank, where they held various roles in the National Real Estate Investment Funds Group within the Real Estate Banking department. Their responsibilities included providing financing solutions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Basilio also worked at TD, where they served as a Senior Account Manager in the National Real Estate Group, managing a portfolio of builders/developers in the Greater Toronto Area. Basilio was recognized as a top performer within the organization. Additionally, Basilio worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Schulich School of Business and gained operational experience as an Operations Intern at Adara Technologies Inc. Basilio started their career at the Plumbing Warehouse as an employee.

Basilio Bagnato attended Lockerby Composite School from 2008-2012, where they obtained their OSSD. Basilio then pursued their Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Distinction, majoring in Finance, at Schulich School of Business - York University from 2012-2016.
