Annette van Zyl

Annette Van Zyl is a Client Optimisation Specialist at Capitec since April 2023, focusing on leveraging data to enhance customer experience and influence business strategy. Previously, Annette worked at ShopriteX from August 2021 to March 2023 as a Data Analyst in Customer Loyalty and Personalisation, contributing to data-driven enhancements in customer experience for Africa's largest retailer. Annette's prior experience at Deloitte spanned nearly five years, during which roles included Data Analytics Assistant Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, working within Risk Advisory on diverse projects across multiple industries. Annette began a career in IT support at the University of Pretoria, providing services to students and staff. Annette holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Cape Town.
