Carl-Ludwig Datzer

Carl-Ludwig Datzer is a seasoned Compliance Officer at Capitec Bank since February 2021, responsible for oversight of the Banks Act and compliance monitoring in collaboration with Internal Audit. Prior to this role, Carl-Ludwig participated in the Capitec Graduate Accelerated Leadership Programme, where a focus was placed on combined assurance and risk management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Legal Theory from Rhodes University, supplemented by experience as an Economics Tutor and Finance Administrator, as well as a Treasurer for the Black Lawyers Association Rhodes Student Chapter.
