Richard Harper is an experienced professional in data analytics and transformation, currently serving as Senior Manager at Capitec since November 2021, where Richard is a founding member of a team focused on Generative AI and data-driven innovation. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Senior Manager at EY from May 2018 to November 2021, leading the Data and Analytics capability across multiple sectors and regions.
