Shaun Andrews

Shaun Andrews is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Capitec since November 2025, Shaun previously held positions such as UX Design Lead and Design Team Lead at DigiOutsource from June 2017 to October 2025. Prior roles include Lead Designer at Regis Management, Managing Designer and Digital Designer at Oxford University Press, and UX Designer at RamsayMedia. Shaun's career also encompasses roles as a Marketing Designer at New Holland Publishing and as a Designer at both 1st Contact and Cambridge University Press. Shaun holds a degree in Digital Design from Concept Interactive, completed between 2005 and 2007, alongside education at the University of Cape Town.
