John Wedgworth II has over three decades of experience in quality control and technical services within the aggregates industry. Currently serving as Senior QC Manager for Capitol Aggregates, Inc. since July 2010, responsibilities involve maintaining product quality standards and overseeing laboratory operations with a focus on safety. Previous roles include Technical Services Manager and QC Manager at Capitol Aggregates, as well as Technical Services Supervisor and Lead QC Technician at Vulcan Materials Company, where oversight of lab technicians and testing aggregates was key. Before joining the aggregates sector, John managed projects as President and Co-Owner of Wedgworth Excavating and Enterprises, Inc. John holds a degree from the University of the Incarnate Word.
