Kevin Elsholz has over 19 years of experience in the construction and aggregates industry, currently serving as Assistant Plant Manager at Capitol Aggregates, Inc. since January 2017, with previous roles including Plant Supervisor and Lead Man. Prior to this, Kevin worked as an Equipment Operator at Capital Aggregates and as a Track Hoe Operator at Joe Bland Construction, L.P. from February 2016 to January 2017. Kevin's career began at Team Elmers, where responsibilities included the role of Gravel Plant Foreman from August 2004 to February 2016. Kevin attended Mid Michigan Community College from 1981 to 1983.
