Lewis Maxwell has a robust background in equipment management and operational leadership, with experience spanning over two decades in various roles within the mining and construction industries. Currently serving as Division Equipment Manager at Capitol Aggregates since May 2010, Lewis has previously held key positions including Equipment Manager at Martin Marietta Materials and Western Mechanical Director at Hulcher Services. Additional roles include Service Manager at Long Machinery Cat and Maintenance Planner & Warranty/Repair at Newmont Mining Corporation. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from AIU, earned between 2007 and 2010.
