Ryan Kellogg

Ryan Kellogg is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Capitol AI since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Lead for North America at Incode Technologies from May 2022 to June 2024, and Customer Success Manager at ID.me from December 2021 to May 2022. Ryan has also worked as an Internal Strategy Consultant (Special Advisor) at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from August 2017 to December 2021, and completed a Leadership Development Program - MBA Internship at Vanguard in the summer of 2016.
