Capitol Airspace’s principal and owner is Benjamin M. Doyle, a former military air traffic control tower chief. Capitol Airspace Group draws upon leading experts and executives in the country to identify, study and resolve airspace impacts and airport encroachment. Capitol Airspace prides itself on helping airports and developers strike a balance between the desire for economic development and the need to preserve the national airspace system. Over the past seventeen years, we have developed strong working relationships with key managers and decision makers within FAA, Department of Defense and airport authorities. These relationships, in combination with our strong background in air traffic control and airspace, allows us to develop creative solutions for the resolution of airspace impacts. We have successfully mitigated over 1000 airspace cases over the past seventeen years.
