Crcm Gary Kuter

Gary Kuter, CRCM, has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. GARY started their career in 1996 as a Branch Manager at American General Finance. In 1998, they joined First National Bank and Trust Company as a Loan Officer, where they originated and collected various types of consumer loans. In 2001, they joined Middleton Community Bank as a Vice President, responsible for growing and managing a profitable commercial loan and deposit portfolio. GARY also originated secondary market loans and consumer loans during their tenure there. In 2007, Gary joined Capitol Bank as the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, they served as the Bank Chief Retail Officer and also handled responsibilities as the Chief Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, Information Security Officer, and CRA Officer. GARY worked with federal regulators and local law enforcement throughout their time at Capitol Bank.

Gary Kuter, CRCM, obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. GARY later pursued further education at the Graduate School of Banking from 2003 to 2005, specializing in the field of Banking.
